It's November 19, are you thinking about...

from Gettysburg: The Graphic Novelthe Gettysburg Address?

On the afternoon of Thursday, November 19, 1863, President Abraham Lincoln delivered what may be the most quoted speech in US history, the Gettysburg Address. He gave this speech at the dedication of the Soldiers' National Cemetery in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, while the country was still torn by the Civil War. His speech, which reportedly lasted only 2 minutes, asked Americans to look toward a "new birth of freedom", so that the "government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."
